Emma, from the UK, and Danny, with a perfectly groomed and giant beard, create an amazing duo! There was no competition as to who had the best hashtag with #theBritandtheBeard, which aptly encompassed these two lovebirds.
Not only were Emma and Danny so fun, but they were also amazing to work with. Throughout the entire planning process both were constantly expressing to the Revel team their appreciation and gratitude. This couple and their families really reminded us how much we love what we do!
We connected with the Bride’s parents only eight months before the big day, but between June and the big day on February 17 we grew so close and we were graciously welcomed into their family with open arms. We don’t know what life was before the Russells and the Treibatchs, but we’re glad we don’t have to live in that world anymore!
Since the couple lives and works in Los Angeles, California, most of the planning was completed with the Bride’s parents. Stationery, floral arrangements, photographer meetings, and everything in between—Deb and Jeffrey were on the front lines choosing each vendor with impeccable care and consideration.
The goal was for Emma and Danny’s day to reflect luxury, and without hesitation each vendor rose up to meet (and exceed!) their expectations. Everyone viewed it an honor to be a part of the Treibatch’s wedding day.

HVH is a talented group of women who work magic on hair and makeup for many of my stunning brides! Heather is the head boss babe of HVH and shares a little bit about herself here:
“I am just a girl who absolutely loves art, makeup, and making women feel beautiful. I am obsessed with telling the story of your wedding through your beauty styling. I want to know your dressmaker, florist, color palette, style, fashion icons, and personality.
I understand that your aesthetic and style is personal and that you are choosing me to represent your best "you" for your event. I am skin and eyes focused always, but I do love a bold lip when the moment is right. My favorite styles to execute are boho glow or classic glam.
I am thankful to collaborate and work with the talented group of artists within my company, as well as amazing vendors throughout AZ and beyond.”
The Clayton House was the perfect venue for their Jewish wedding. This new hidden treasure in Old Town Scottsdale is a refreshing alternative to the traditional ballroom with contemporary and modern design with rustic accents in every room. With bearded British guards (personifying the hashtag) opening the doors to the ceremony, guests were welcomed into what they would soon realize was the event of the year!
Every guests’ jaw dropped at the sight of the chuppah designed by The Flower Studio, an organic canopy made out of lush branches and greenery, accented with floral, symbolizing God’s presence at the wedding and their home being established as a result of their marriage. There was not a single dry eye in the room as the bride circled the groom seven times beneath it. The love and happiness was palpable from the opening prayer to when the couple said, “I do.”
Guests moved into the other side of the building, enjoying cocktails and hors d’ouerves before dinner. When the curtain was drawn to reveal the reception space, guests couldn’t hide their excitement! Friends and family were filled with awe as they took in the gorgeous trees and floral that filled the room. Every element was perfect for the couple’s lavish wedding, and the floral design was definitely a highlight. And the custom menu created by the chef was exquisite—traditional Jewish cuisine with a contemporary twist.
Starting the night off with their first dance to “Beyond” by Leon Bridges performed by the JJ’s Band, Emma and Danny then danced the night away with their family and closest friends, even moving Emma to put on her old sneakers and rocking them until midnight. One of the most special and love-filled moments was in the reception room after everyone had left, when the newlyweds shared their last kiss of the night as Mr. + Mrs.

The “original” Flower Studio was created as a one of a kind artisan studio stepping away from the typical retail flower shop. Under the creative direction of owner/botanical stylist, Christine Siegel, lead botanical stylist Kelly Ott-Martin and their combined “east meets west” expertise, the studio boasts trend setting, fashionable, couture, floral designs.
Quality, care and uniqueness go into each and every arrangement they produce from weddings, private and corporate events, bar and bat mitzvahs down to daily deliveries. The 3,500 square foot showroom and warehouse was built to facilitate the perfect environment for producing amazing flower arrangements, outstanding floral sculptures and housing extensive props, without the typical “retail” distractions.
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Treibatch! Thank you for inviting us to be a part of your day.
