Liz and Ryan’s wedding day began on a beautiful November morning. The couple woke up bright and early to prepare for the events to come; as they each got dressed, the anticipation for their first look and the opportunity to share their vows with one another was evident.
The Bride’s dress had a classic design with an open back that made a statement, and the Groom’s suit was complete with the boutonniere adding a pop of color. However, when they were standing together it was so much better! As amazing as their looks were separately, together they were a perfect pair.
Liz and Ryan are both architects with great taste and an eye for design—and without a doubt, their wedding expressed that. Guests arrived and immediately were greeted by stunning, sleek wooden signage and a guest book the couple had designed themselves. The couple’s vision for their wedding was perfectly accented by the view of the sun shining over Camelback Mountain. El Chorro’s property lit up with warmth and beauty as the guests enjoyed the intimate ceremony on the Event Lawn, and then moved to the Herb Garden and Bocce Lawn for Cocktail Hour and Reception.
At the Cocktail Hour, guests enjoyed giant Connect Four and Jenga games the couple had also made themselves—talk about talent! The group enjoyed a beautiful lunch and spent their day celebrating Liz and Ryan. As guests danced on the flagstone, there was nothing but smiles on everyone’s faces. Liz and Ryan’s wedding day was exactly as it looks in their photos—full of warmth, love, and happiness.
