Kate and Ryan's Timeless El Chorro Wedding

Kate and Ryan’s wedding day started on a beautiful morning in February. The weather was perfect, and the couple woke up excited to tie the knot! Kate did all of the planning with us with love and intentionality. She immediately made us feel comfortable and prioritized reveling in the wedding planning—it was so fun! This couple quickly became friends for life!

Kate and her bridesmaids got ready at the stunning Mountain Shadows, just across the street from El Chorro. They enjoyed their lunch and had lots of laughs while getting their hair and makeup done. Once they were ready to go, they made the short trip across the street to El Chorro for the Bride and Groom’s first look. Ryan and his groomsmen said cheers to a great day at El Chorro with beers as they got ready for the day to begin!

Every single details throughout their day matched the sweetness of the two. Kate’s strapless gown was the definition of understated elegance with its subtle lace detailing, while Ryan looked classic in his tux, complete with a bow tie and custom cuff links.

They knew exactly what they wanted in their wedding day and Lux Florist helped bring their vision to life. Blush and white florals paired with pops of burgundy made the ceremony a standout, and guests watched as Kate walked down the aisle to “Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Elvis Presley. Ryan waited at the end of the aisle with adoration and it was clear how smitten he is with her. Every detail was thoughtful and romantic.

Guests moved to the reception ready for the fun night ahead. The Cocktail Hour was overflowing with drinks and close conversations. The couple, who met in the medical field, even had custom heartbeat cocktail napkins as a reminder of their sweet meeting!

They entered the ballroom full of velvet linens with floral centerpieces that perfectly tied together the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Dinner designs. Above them, the rafters were covered in greenery that filled the room in an unforgettable ambiance. Kate and Ryan’s first dance was hand-painted in real time, giving them a piece of their wedding day to keep forever.

Everything about their design was effortlessly romantic. You couldn’t help but feel the warmth that radiated from the newlyweds!
