Cat and Chris's Joyful Royal Palms Wedding

Cat and Chris’s wedding day fell on a beautiful summer day in May. The day began with the Bride and Groom getting ready separately at the Royal Palms. The sun was shining on them as they were pampered in their suite and brought warmth and joy to the morning! Preparing for the first look, Cat’s mother and sister helped her get into her stunning lace dress while Chris straightened his tie as he waited. Cat met Chris in front of Royal Palms’ gorgeous wooden archway for their first look and his reaction was priceless! They shared a champagne toast and basked in their love for each other before continuing their day.

The excitement of their bridal party and family was apparent as they all posed for photos and Daniel Kim Photography captured their sweet bond perfectly. Their puppy even joined for some sweet photos! Cat’s bouquet was a mix of neutral flowers and greenery that complimented the full wedding design. A green succulent on the middle was an unexpected way to tie in a bit of the Arizona desert!

Guests gathered on the lawn before the ceremony and were greeted with welcome champagne. In place of a traditional guest book, guests signed their names on small wooden hearts that they then placed in a shadow box Cat and Chris could display in their home. The lawn was filled with a sea of gold chairs in front of their unique ceremony arch that was completely covered in greenery. The shape and texture of the arch was exceptional, and at the end of the aisle floral arrangements were placed on the ground to give a sophisticated, organic feel. The hum of guests’ conversations died down as music started playing and Chris walked down the aisle to wait for Cat, a smile never leaving his face. The couple joined hands, said their vows, and shared some laughs in front of their closest family and friends. Once they sealed their vows with a kiss, it was time to celebrate!

The tables at Cocktail Hour were draped in a stunning rose-colored velvet linen and topped with gold votive candles and bud vases. Lounge seating added a chic and relaxed vibe with velvet sofas and gold accents. Guests enjoyed their drinks as the sun set over the patio. Perfectly lined up escort cards were placed for guests to grab as they moved to the Estrella Ballroom for dinner.

The candlelit ballroom set the perfect tone for the night. Silky, sequined linens on every table were an amazing complement to the velvet from Cocktail Hour. The floral centerpieces were effortlessly stunning, and the aisle adornments from the ceremony were repurposed in front of the sweetheart table to draw the eye to the Bride and Groom. Family and friends shared heartwarming toasts wishing the couple a happy marriage, and the room was filled with both laughter and happy tears. After Cat and Chris cut their cake, it was a nonstop dance party all night!
