Kaitlyn and Joe's Whimsical, Desert Wedding
Kaitlyn and Joe married on a sunny and sweet April day! The ladies got ready together at the Bride’s parents’ house, and joy and laughter filled every room as Kaitlyn enjoyed the morning with her best friends (and furry friends!). Once they were ready, they made their way to El Chorro to help Kaitlyn into her dress, and soon meet up with the Groom and groomsmen. Kaitlyn’s stunning lace dress was complete with tulle and cap sleeves, and perfectly paired with rose gold heels adorned with jewels. Her bridesmaids, dressed in green pastels, looked beautiful next to the Bride in the Arizona desert backdrop. Joe and his Groomsmen made quite an entrance onto the property, looking especially sharp in their black tuxedos and fun, patterned socks!
Their welcome table was set up outside the Casa Paloma Lawn on a beautiful table with a mirrored welcome sign and bud vases provided by Flower Studio. Guests were greeted with Prickly Pear Champagne before taking their seat on the lawn. Framed by Camelback Mountain, a wooden arch for the ceremony was draped with white curtains and tied back with asymmetrical floral arrangements. At the back of the aisle, tall florals on top of wooden pedestals warmed up the space. The Bridal Party and couple entered into the ceremony through another arch—which was such a romantic addition to the space. Kaitlyn and Joe’s love for each other was so apparent as they locked eyes, smiled at each other, and said “I do!” Guests applauded as they made their way back down the aisle as husband and wife!
Lounge furniture was set up around the patio fireplace for guests to rest their feet and enjoy their drinks. On the mantle, a sign was hung alluding to the night ahead by saying “Best Day Ever.” Seating assignments for each table were aligned on a large framed hedge wall with flowers and candles. Each moment was beautifully done with a touch of garden romance and a New York twist! Hors D’oeuvres were passed around on trays and guests finished off their cocktails before heading into Casa Paloma to find their seats.
The room glistened from the glow of the candlelight and the sparkling linens on each table. The ceiling was wrapped in greenery, drawing the eye up to the stunning chandeliers. Each guest had a menu at their seat, perfectly tucked into their gold rimmed chargers. Kaitlyn and Joe shared their first dance in the middle of the room surrounded by their closest family and friends. The floral piece on the mantle flawlessly framed the couple as they sat at their sweetheart table and listened to toasts that brought out the emotion in the room. As open dancing began, a 16-foot dessert table was set with an amazing gold patterned linen and displayed an array of desserts for guests to choose from. They all danced the night away in celebration of Kaitlyn and Joe!
